Throughout his career, Dan has served as a trusted advisor to executives, managers, and organizations navigating growth, change, and complex workforce challenges.
My Story
Dan’s expertise spans all facets of Human Resources, including employment law, employee engagement, conflict resolution, recruiting and retention strategies, organizational development, and leadership facilitation. He has led HR functions for multi‑state organizations, supported hundreds of employees across dozens of locations, and partnered directly with executive leadership teams and boards to align people strategies with business goals. Dan’s experience includes managing acquisitions and cultural integrations, leading reductions in workforce with empathy and compliance, implementing HRIS and benefits programs, and guiding organizations through periods of significant transition.
Dan is also deeply committed to community and relationship‑driven work. He has served as a national industry speaker, chaired education committees, led local and regional professional organizations, and supported employers through community engagement and workforce development initiatives.
